Your ability to organize and help with the settling in process would be a bonus. No smoking, casual drinking is fine.

My priority is to find a compatible person to share this resource that is my home.  Must be 55 or older and committed to the “Home Share Process” of honestly knowing who they are in the world, what they need, and what they have to offer.  Must be financially stable, and have healthy boundaries using kind, clear communication to maintain this as a safe and comfortable home.  No smoking or pets.
