HOME PROVIDER: West side near Speedway and Silverbell

I recently purchased a beautiful 5-bedroom house and am building an intentional living community! My vision is to create an inclusive, queer/trans-friendly home sharing environment where we can pursue passions and connect meaningfully. I’d love to have weekly house dinners and to host semi-regular events: potlucks, craft nights, reflection exercises, book clubs—whatever piques our interests. I'm seeking 2 persons of any age to fill the remaining unfurnished bedrooms and build this dynamic community. There are two rooms available: one is the large master bedroom with a private bathroom and one additional bedroom with a shared bathroom. Utilities will be split among housemates. We will also decide on some sort of chore system for communal cleaning/household responsibilities that works for all of us in the house. I'm open to negotiating financial arrangements if you bring particular skills or service potential to the household that you're willing to contribute (like plumbing/electric/construction/landscaping). I'm also open to couples and potentially open to pets on a case-by-case basis (e.g. no dogs that bark). Available now and hoping to fill spaces by July 1st.

The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is pleasant to walk through and across the street from a beautiful wash. There is an incredible view of the Catalina Mtns. from the back yard! Just across the street is a large city park currently under construction that will have a splash pad and dog park when finished later this year. The home is a ten minute walk from the grocery store and a 4 minute walk to the bus line. There is off street parking available and plentiful street parking for guests.

About me: I'm a 30-year-old people-person, dancer, and artist. I’m extroverted, love outdoor activities (e.g. hiking, camping, soccer, hammocking), am a vegetarian and enjoy reading. I work from home doing community engagement work and am passionate about prison reform/abolition and conflict resolution.
