HOME PROVIDER: Vail Area

Home mate needed in Vail, AZ (on the outskirts of Tucson, east side) to share a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on an acre of land. Uncovered parking available in the driveway. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Home is located 3 miles south of the I-10 freeway.

You will have your own 12x12 bedroom with a good-sized closet (room is furnished now with Queen bed, nightstand, and dresser or you can bring your own furniture). Private bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, toilet, sink, and cabinet/drawers.

Inside laundry room available to use (full size W&D), and share the other space in the house (living room, dining room, kitchen - all furnished and appliances and dishes in kitchen). Dish Network on 75” TV and WiFi are included, as well as electric (including AC).

Free room and utilities in exchange for some companionship, light housekeeping, and driving me to places (grocery store, eye doctor, etc.).

I am a 76-year-old retired man. I enjoy conversation, TV (comedy), NASCAR, and have a sweet tooth! I am self-sufficient for the most part; however, due to permanent partial vision loss I can't see to do some things like drive, read, clean, shop, etc. I live alone now and would like to get out of the house more. So, I’m looking for someone to keep me company for a few hours a day, as well as take me to run errands/shop, go to the eye doctor, and maybe go on a walk or outing. Light housekeeping and some cooking is preferred, but not required.

Person must meet the following requirements:

-Non-smoker
-No pets
-No drugs
-Minimal alcohol use
-Valid driver's license with good driving record
-No criminal record
-Retired or part-time worker (21 - 70 years old)

Preference:

-Female

HOME PROVIDER: Eastside Location (Harrison and Broadway)

My home is in a lovely, quiet, and clean neighborhood, close to three grocery stores, shopping, the bus line, the Loop (bike and walking) Trail and a park. It is a three bedroom, two bath home that I share with my daughter who attends the U of A. In the summer, she works late morning til nighttime.

There is a large back yard with built-in BBQ, open pit for marshmallows and adequate space where you can put a small storage shed, if needed.  The back yard has artificial grass and rock while the front is rock with metal flowers.

I personally enjoy bike riding on the Loop Trail, swimming, jogging and reading. I am looking for another woman who wants an unfurnished bedroom and is willing to share a bathroom. A fully-equipped kitchen with cupboard space is available, along with a laundry room plus shared living and dining room areas. I would enjoy sharing meals and going out on occasion. My nominal request for house and yard assistance is to help keep the house and yard tidy.

I have two loving dogs, so more animals would NOT be a good idea! No smoking, drugs or other pets permitted.
